“Clean and modern room and facilities. The bed was very comfortable, location is great, really close to the shopping centre and the train line and easy self parking.
The staff are amazing, they are the reason I’m giving 5 stars. I got a message a few days prior to my booking that the air conditioning in my room was not working, the hotel was booked out so I was offered compensation and a pedestal fan. I didn’t have another option so I kept my booking.
It was so hot that day and I really missed...

“The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.”
