“It's ok but the staff is not very friendly and helpful I booked a room on Expedia for a family of four but they said Expedia booked only for 2 people. They did give me family room eventually”

“What a wonderfully unique property. So glad I booked this location. I did not use the map on the back of the check-in instructions so finding the room was difficult in the dark but I blame myself. A heads up to those booking, it is a large and wonderful outdoor campus so the map is very useful!!! We felt very at home with the decor and the dining room/kitchen was out of this world!”

“We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot.
