“The staff was so helpful! We had booked the wrong room, and it was only 1 twin bed, but when we went to check in, the receptionist helped us and upgraded us to a nice room with 2 beds and an INCREDIBLE view.”

“Front desk seems like it had employed gangsters. Attitude could not have been worse and no one was in uniform and conversational skills could see drastic improvement. Carpet in room was not clean and sticky with many visible debris still uncleaned. Air conditioner did not respond and light from the control panel lit up the room even when all lights were turned off.”
