“Helpful staff & smooth check in. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. The pub itself was good for food competitively priced, which can be ordered thru the app (along with drinks) The drinks we had an issue with - there were drinks on the app that weren’t available at the bar, the glasses had lipstick marks on them so washing is an issue & we were served a Fentiman’s Dandelion & Burdock drink 6 months out of date so stock rotation is a problem here. “The rooms are small - there was no air con last night and we were too hot however the art work around the hotel is fabulous. The staff are exceptionally professional the location is great parking is available”

“Very noisy from outside (noise seems to come from some engine/ heating pipe within the hotel), even with window close! In need of general refurbishment, cold swimming pool.”
