“Very disappointing — Luxury prices, substandard service. Having enjoyed a previous stay at one of the Nobu Hotel Chicago suites, I was shocked by the decline in service during our recent visit. 1.

“The room was nice and staff as well They don’t include breakfast so be prepared. My only note is that they don’t do the extra mile for you as a guest. If you have a special request or they know you need something extra they won’t offer their help which I know they don’t have to but it just feels like staff only does their job because they have to they won’t go beyond that.”

“Todo el servicio muy bien ”

“Location was convenient. Located in a safe area where everything was walkable or close to subway entrance. Good local restaurants and shopping.”

“It was a great experience, we loved the atmosphere! Perfect for a great weekend in Chicago.”
