The entire hotel was very clean. The staff from the valet to the front desk clerk were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food and it was replenished often. We would stay here again!!

Really nice hotel, good breakfast with variety each day. The "lobby" is on the seventh floor, so enter through the parking garage from Ashland to find the elevators. I recommend a 10-15 minute walk west to Wicker Park where there's lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The property was amazing and felt very homey, from the decor in the halls to the breakfast buffet setup that made me feel like I was visiting a friend for breakfast. The food was good with a variety of food and beverages. Our room was clean & comfortable. The customer service is awesome and the rooftop restaurant is by far the best. Loved it!
