Room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but kinda low for my liking. The front desk staff and the bartender were very nice! Kudos to the lady at check-in who was extremely friendly and offered a room upgrade to make sure my short stay was everything it needed to be. I would definitely stay again. Area was within walking distance to everything we needed.

Bathroom was very small and the door was janky, room was definitely smaller than what it seems in the pictures, fridge didn't work. Every staff member I spoke to was extremely nice and the hotel itself was beautiful but we felt very let down by the room for the price we paid.

I went with my daughter and we felt the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. My daughter went to the lobby at 3am with heartburn and the night concierge went out to the 711 to buy her some tums with his own money, so she wouldn't have to venture out in the night by herself. Everyone of the staff made our stay feel amazing!
