I’ve stayed here a couple times for concerts; the United Center is about an 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops nearby to get to other venues and places. This hotel (and area) always feels safe, which is very important to me as a young woman traveling alone. The front door can only be opened with a guest’s keycard, so outsiders can’t enter. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything is clean, the AC / heating unit actually works, and the complimentary breakfast is decent. Sign up as a member to avoid the early check-in fee!

The property was very clean, the staff was cool, the bed, and the room were a little small for two people. I like the fact that you needed a room key card to enter the hotel, but the breakfast was a complete let down.. overall I would recommend the room. I would actually stay again. Just please upgrade the breakfast for a better review ✌️

Great location to United center and probably best price for a hotel without being in an area you’ll be stabbed right away. Just 2 blocks away from the blue line for easy access back into the city. Only one elevator so gets really busy after a concert or event since most people staying there are at said event. Very clean and staff were very nice. 24/hr covered parking right next door at a reasonable price.

Upon arrival the first room I was assigned had a beeping smoke detector. The second room assigned required front desk personnel to put full shoulder into opening the door for me. I was informed that “this is just the way it is in the summer when the humidity swelled the doors closed”. The reception area desperately needs a bit of updating, Removal of all old artificial arrangements for instance would help. The rooms were well kept and clean with good beds and linens. Hideous mural painted over the bed needs to be painted over.

Most of the staff was helpful and accommodating, but the evening person who checked us in was not helpful. She did not offer us a parking pass for the hotel lot to help us avoid spending $37 to park in the covered public garage. If you park in that garage, make sure to call the number in the elevator to let them know you're parking overnight; otherwise, they will tow you. Location is good, though, and the room was decent, with a fairly comfortable bed and a reasonable shower (watch the slippery floor!). Respectable AC to keep the room cool.
