“The house was located right in the centre of the village and is a great base for all the local hiking routes. It's a small village so has one Italian restaurant and 2-3 pubs that serve food and they get a bit crowded. The Horse and jockey do amazing BBQ ribs and a wonderful ox cheek lasagne. The food was excellent. The house has a lovely courtyard which we used on all the days we were there and most things are provided for you....even a welcome pack and a box of cakes. Which was a lovely...

Convenient location for a walk down to the pub or for driving further afield. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.”

There is a fully stocked supermarket nearby which provides foods and essentials and there are a number of good eateries within walking distance. The cottage is cosy and clean with all the facilities you could reasonably want. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and aoproachable.
