“A warm greeting, a bedroom which met my needs and a delicious breakfast that was cooked to order. The parking is not directly adjacent to the hotel but you can park on the street overnight if preferred.”

“I actually didnt stay at the place i drove home,it was dirty,mouldy,carpet was filthy,the decoration looked like it hadnt been done for years.holes in the walls where brackets had been,smelt of damp,wobbly toilet seat.i sat on the bed a while and started itching.i then decided to drive home.the whole place needs refurbing”

“This gorgeous B&B in Keswick was delightful. The staff were so wonderful, friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and the rooms very clean and comfortable! The location was great, a perfect place to end days ambling in the hills.
I couldn’t more highly recommend a place to stay.”
