Clean room, no reception / housekeeping but additional items available e.g. tea bags, toilet rolls. Lovely pre booked cooked breakfast and cereals and yogurt available. Nice views from my room, but I would have liked black out curtains - personal preference. Quiet area, easy access to Keswick, lovely team.

Easy self check in. The room was very spacious with full bathroom and toiletries. Also had a hairdryer. The breakfast was excellent đź‘Ś with plenty of choice which you ordered the night before. Staff were helpful and restocked the breakfast table with fruit, juice and yoghurt. I loved the fact that there were mugs on the tables, depicting the Wainwrights! Nice touch. Parking was a bit tight if you returned late, but for one night, it was fine. Would definitely stay again!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this B&B. The property itself is beautifully maintained—cozy, spotless, and full of character. My room was lovely and comfortable with a lovely garden. Dog friendly and lots of parking spaces. The lady who served our breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
