Just the most lovely bed-and-breakfast: a charming spot above Keswick, with a view of Mountains and a bit of lake, beautifully furnished, with luxurious linens, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast. It felt like a gift to stay there.

Excellent place to stay to visit The Lakes and surrounding areas with stunning views. We stayed for 5 nights and were made to feel so welcome . Absolutely spotless. Nothing too much trouble. Room lovely, hot shower, breakfasts excellent. Great choice and they are happy to sort whatever you would like. Coffee and homemade cake available in the lounge later. All in all, we have not stayed in a better B&B . Now we have found it will most definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I cannot fault this property. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and fresh to a great standard of decoration (much like the rest of the hotel) and the breakfasts were delicious. We will definitely return when we stay in the Lakes next time.

This is a lovely property conveniently located on a hill overlooking Keswick and near the many attractions in and around Keswick. Our room was substantial with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Breakfast was tasty and varied, eagerly accommodating a special request. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay here again on a return visit.
