“The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could. “Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. “Property is on a very quite and what it seems to be a safe neighbor. We arrived at 2 AM because a delay on our bus but we previously notify the property of our late arrival and we were able to get to our room thru a safebox that kept our keys. Staff was very friendly and helpful the next morning. We happen to stay on the hottest day on the history of London and the room was hot but be were received by a fan that was in place and on when we arrived late at night. “No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”
