“La instalacion terrible. Nos vimos obligados a cancelar la estadia por la suciedad. Hablamos con el Manager y nos comento que hablaramos con ustedes para el reembolso. No es la primera vez que utilizamos su compania y nos impresiono en esta oportunidad Negativamente. Quedo pendiente de una respuesta . Gracias.”

“Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast. Large room with nice clean bathroom. Pleasant and helpful staff. Parking available on site. Location is very central and a short walk to the centre of the village. Also had a very nice walk to a waterfall which finished back at the First & Last Brewery Tap for a refreshing couple of pints of the local ale. What's not to like!”

“I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. At about 15:30 I had to check into ANOTHER hotel as I had meetings in Corbridge at 16:15. On returning to Hexham I noted the pub was open and I spoke to the manager about the issues I...

“Really loved the staff, They were so helpful and accommodating, Food was great. The grounds could use a gardener to love the property.”

“No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience.”
