“This is my absolute favorite place to stay on my route from Ohio to East Tennessee and back.. the staff is very friendly the hotel is always clean breakfast is wonderful and I'm picky.. I used to manage nights in hotels so I have experience in the hospitality industry and I absolutely love this location.”

“Check in was bad. Woman said she didn’t have our reservation. Told her to check confirmation number. Said would not be helpful cause our name wasnt in system and started to turn us away. Finally checked number and found reservation Room was ok. Could hear everything that was going on in the next room which caused our dog that we brought to cry when we had to leave her one day. When got back was yelled at by staff. We apologized and told them we would not leave them along again. Which we did not...

“The room smelled horrible - so bad that the odor woke me up several times. There was no ice machine and the pool was closed. The only light switches for the entire room were between the beds. So, no switch by the entry door. That's dangerous.”
