“Delightful room and breakfast”

“The hotel was not busy at all, but we were placed on the first floor with a heavy footed person above us. I visited the front desk to see if they could move us, but they offered nothing. As it turns out, the person above got up at 5am the next morning. So, our sleep was ruined. If you cant offer a good night rest, nothing else really matters. Also, the hotel is trying to sell themselves as a higher tier, but upkeep is poor and much of it could use an upgrade.”
