“We got a free upgrade to an apartment, the bed wasn't as comfortable as our previous stay. The entrance way smelled of wet dog and dog urine. The room was nice and had little complimentary items which was nice. Last time we stayed we had an amazing breakfast. This time it was disappointing, the eggs were watery and undercooked, the orange juice tasted funky, possibly due to being watered down by ice cubes. We were really looking forward to that breakfast as it was amazing last time. The lady...
