“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!”

“Great location but be prepared for the climb back up the hill from town! The parking involved a bit of shuffling but it was easy enough and superb to have an EV charger. We had the smallest room which doesn’t have a seaview but we knew that before coming and the room was lovely and cosy, with plush carpets, linen and towels. I wasn't sure what it'd be like without a staffed reception but it was easy to get hold of someone if you needed anything.”

“The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!”

“Pet friendly, clean room, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Walk across the path to a friendly, cosy pub. Property is a little tired in decor especially the net curtain & curtain rail Lighting not great in the bathroom but all great for a night’s stay”

“Great location if you are looking for a quiet spot , but close enough to the main touristy area. Beautiful beech 5 min walk. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend. ”

“This is the best B & B I ever stayed in. The accommodation is superb, The house is beautifully decorated and adorned by marvellous paintings by a local artist. The hosts Pablo and Grove are friendly, welcoming and generous. The breakfast menu was excellent, everthing is homemade and in the afternoon we were offered tea, coffee and amazing cake. The only disadvantage is that you have to drive elsewhere in the evening for dinner though I believe the hosts can provide additional meals if requested....

“The property was lovely. We had just come in on a trans Atlantic flight that day. We ate at the hotel that night which was really good in addition to being relaxing. They had a reserved table for us. Breakfast the next morning was very nice; fresh fruit platter then whatever breakfast you wanted. Family owned and run. The staff commented on how nice it was to work for the family.”
