“Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟”

There was a cafetiere for the coffee which I genuinely don't know that I've ever had in a hotel before, and really liked. There's UHT milk in the room and fresh milk and cold water in a fridge in the guest lounge (as well as bags of ice that I somehow missed until the last night, don't miss the ice). “If I could give more stars for the location I would have, this place is stunning! Waking up in the morning and have breakfast by the sea is priceless. The hotel looks newly refurbished and it is at 3 minutes walk from the train station, very convenient location. The staff was also great, especially at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, I have got some food allergies and they took extra care which I really appreciated. “The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. ”
