I really cannot comment on the amenities as we didn’t use any due to being out all day touring. Location was great and rooms were nice and clean. A nice stay indeed!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful position and stunning views of the bay. I was a bit dubious about the valet parking, but it worked well (and I wouldn't have wanted to fit my car into the car park!). All the staff were helpful and friendly and my single room was well equipped and comfortable. Having a massage in the hotel spa before we left on our last day was the icing on the cake. Big thank you to everyone at the Harbour Hotel and Spa.

A hotel with a good view over the beach. The spa was OK the pool quite small with sauna. We did eat in the restaurant not much choice in the evening. Would have liked mirrors in the room which weren't blurred in order to do make up. Otherwise a nice stay for a treat. Not a cheap option but would go back.

The overall experience was excellent; from the location on the outskirts of town but walkable to all points of interest, to the room with the view, the lounge and breakfast, and parking! I would definitely stay there again.

Bar snacks at lunchtime are very limited and some on the menu were unavailable. Also the bar had run out of sparkling water. The staff were very good including the valet parking. All in all a lovely comfortable hotel with excellent views.

Location location location. It is right in St Ives on the beach. Work out facilities were dated. Loud music playing with no consideration for guests working out. The restaurant is not a destination. Many other better options in the area. A watch out. If traveling with lots of luggage get ready for a strenuous pilgrimage from the train to the hotel up a winding path with stairs.

Hotel well located, nice design, breakfast and food are nice, The desk people are not interested of anything, doing their job with no joy, no sympathy, it’s not lively, except for one waiter at the restaurant who served us at breakfast and lunch who was very nice and joyful Room nice but no AC…and 4th floor bit tricky to get there (not for everyone) Bathroom could be cleaned better (spotted hairs in the shower at arrival), and shower not clean the day after as well as the toilet
