“I really enjoyed my one night here and was sorry to go to Carbis Bay Hotel for the following two nights. This ws great valuye for money. Staff professional but friendly and helpful. Room had no view but I was only in it to sleep. ”

“Lovely room, warm comfy bed. Slight lack of clothes storage (some hanging space but no shelves/drawers). Expensive I know but some of the window frames need replacing. Friendly staff and great food - breakfast and dinner.”

“Maggie greeted us and checked us in. She was amazing! So helpful and informative. Remembered our names the who way through our stay which made us feel so welcome. The hotel was gorgeous! All areas were incredible. Our room was beautiful and the sea view was glorious. Food in the restaurant was great, including breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! 100% recommend.”

“Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. ”

“The facilities and setting are the best that I have experienced in Truro. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very filling. I accidently left one of my shirts in the hotel room and the staff contacted me and handed it in at reception so I could collect later in the day. Top class service”
