Tonopah Vacations

Room was very spacious. We had a room by the adult pool (which was a bonus). If i come back to Arizona, I would definitely stay here.

Property is beautiful with secluded sitting areas with water fountains and shade. Fitness center was a little small and divided into two areas. Chilled pool was really nice because of the extreme heat!

Hotel is fantastic, plenty of facilities in the way of food and drink. Pools are exceptional and lots of sunbeds available. Staff are polite and willing to help in anyway they can. We had a room with a balcony on the 13th floor which was amazing, views to die for. You need to stay at this hotel. Complete value for money.

The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!

The property is gorgeous and strategically located. Great staff; Leandro in Housekeeping is awesome. Really love your property, we'll be back
