Staff was very kind. Our room however was not great. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable and the AC unit made a loud rattling noise the entire time to the point it was waking me up during the night. Pool was cloudy and dirty so we couldn’t swim.

For being a newer property we were disappointed with 2 days of them running out of towels. We had to go buy towels at Target because they rarely had wash cloths. They are supposed to clean your room on the 3rd day, that never happened. They said they were sold out and too busy. The laundry room was dirty, doesn’t seem like anyone has been in there to clean in a long time. Breakfast is the same at every home 2 suites. Nothing to be too excited about. Same cereal everyday and some sort of cold egg and potato wedges. Rooms are very nice. Very roomy for an extended stay with family.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to let everybody know that this is an amazing property. Everybody’s so nice and accommodating. The rooms are huge, and have a Kitchen. Their pet friendly. You couldn’t ask for something better. I asked for towels, they were delivery immediately. Probably the best Hotel I’ve stay in a long long long time.

Our door to room was very difficult to open and close. Feels like it’s off hinges or something. To open you had to push very hard and same thing to close it. If I did not push hard it would stay open.
