There is no cutlery or crockery if you order food etc. There is no shower gel or shampoo as per normal for most properties The toilet in room 1 didn’t always flush as the cistern only intermittently refilled. I don’t like the replies the owner gives to reviews that are negative - a little bit insulting and defensive rather than acknowledging issues. It was easy to check in and clean and tidy.”
