There is a £10 ‘daily’ charge to use their car park but no matter what time you arrive you have to move your car by 12pm. The room was very old and run down. It was very clean and staff were very nice. Bed was really comfortable. Sadly no lift so where I had a big suitcase I had to carry this all the way to the top. It’s fine for a one night stay but nothing special for the price

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The parking could be a problem. There was a limited area for parking and entering or leaving the parking was problematic at times. It took us almost 20 minutes to maneuver out of our spot on the departure day. It was a minor inconvenience and overall the stay was very good.

Comfortable and conveniently located hotel

We booked the Grand Suite which was beautiful and comfortable with our own access to a private garden. Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate Bianca’s hospitality. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting Bath.

Loved Staying Here!

We loved staying at this property. It was so convenient to walk into the city and there was ample parking. Staff were extremely friendly and we enjoyed a nightcap in the lounge every night. Our room was gorgeous and had lovely views, but could do with a deep clean of walls and carpets. The bathroom was huge! The bed was extremely comfortable.
