“Unfortunately, the apartment we were allocated was quite run down and did not feel clean or well maintained. The curtains were broken and hanging down, the shower and bathroom had significant mould, the carpet was dirty, and the mirrors were also unclean. Overall, this made the apartment feel quite unhygienic and in need of a thorough clean and some maintenance.
