Wonderful stay in a great area of CBD Brisbane. The pool view is stunning, and they have an excellent gym on the terrace as well. Full size kitchen and free washer/ dryer as well. (2 Laundry detergent packets included!) There was a balcony (street facing) and living room with full size tv set up. Conveniently located about a 5min walk from the riverfront. Also, fun bonus, they have a library with a large range of books to read during your stay!

We had a late check in(accomadatin was advised)and that was a struggle we got lucky that another guest let us in so we could find someone to get our keys The worst was the lifts they are very slow and you are waiting for what feels like forever. Beautiful apartment. Would love to stay again. Comfy bed and really spacious. Only thing was there was a smell of smoke - unsure if the last guest who stayed was smoking or not. There were airfresheners in the apartment which was trying to help at least. I will definitely stay again though as the property was exceptionally presented

We were attending a wedding so needed a 2 bedroom apartment for the family. The apartment was lovely, modern, tidy and had amazing views. The rooftop pool was one of a kind and definitely worth experiencing on its own. Definitely Instagram worthy. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The bedside tables and TV unit were covered in dust and looked like they hadn’t been wiped for a month. Kitchen cabinets has grease and drip marks. And the carpets looked covered in all sorts of fluff, crumbs. Even a hairball in the middle of the living room. I requested for a vacuum from reception and they said housekeeping should be up. No one came for over2 hours. So my husband went down to reception again. This time someone came to vacuum very quickly.

Needs improvement

The view is incredible. Being in the CBD on a week d there was a lot of noise from outside, the windows are not double glazed and there is a fire station nearby, so lots of sirens all day and night. The kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even a cutting board and no champagne glasses or red wine glasses. The pillows were uncomfortable. The front desk staff are great.

2nd time staying here, location great, parking easy. Pool is a rooftop and gets Sun almost all day. Coffee shops and boardwalk with tons of food options close by. Shopping within 10 mins. Check in easy, staff friendly clean rooms and beds are comfortable. We purchased laundy soap, garbage bags and hangers as they only had a few in each room.

Overall apartment was large. Great views and a great location. But unfortunately in need of some maintenance. Carpet stained, walls need painting, crack in window, mould in showers, water pressure terrible, dishwasher smelled like eggs, glassware dirty with lipstick, plates dirty in draw. Not enough plates to service the amount of people apartment accommodates.
