“Before we arrived we were asked if it was possible that we could arrive a bit later at 5pm since they were struggling to get back on time to hand us the keys since they live next door, we agreed since you dont want to upset owners that live next door. When they arrived they were very chatty about another business they own and how busy they were. “Good location. Self contained and reasonable price”

“A lovely cottage which was spotlessly clean and had everything detailed in the description. Great communication giving us detsed directions as the property is down a hidden path but as we were prewarned it was easily found. Lots of lovely touches including dressing gowns in the wardrobes. All in all a lovely property.”

“Communication regarding check-in was good. Tom's barn was as beautiful as in the pictures. Lovely and spacious, very clean throughout. Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis.”
