“I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and...

“Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!”

“Room not ready at check-in time, and then we were assigned a room already occupied which was embarrassing. Once we got past the check-in process everything was great.”

“The hotel was overall a 4/5. It did have a good size pool and the room was pretty spacious. Hotel also offered laundry room which was pretty affordable. The breakfast was very light but it did offer pancakes, biscuit and gravy, bagels and cereal. My only two complaints are that the bed was SUPER uncomfortable and left me with a bad ache. Also, the shower had an uncovered light which could be a safety hazard.”
