This is a great hotel! We were given an upgrade to a suite when we arrived, and it was so lovely. We took advantage of the exercise room, which is well-appointed with workout equipment. Although not right on the beach, access to is easy via paid public parking just down the road, or there is a shuttle which we didn't use. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was great, and everything you want to do and see in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores is close and convenient. We loved our stay and wished we'd had a few more days there! We missed the busy season, thankfully and I imagine the road and beach get crazy at times, but for us it was great.

Hotel was great! Only complaint I have was the breakfast staff. They were overwhelmed and needed more help. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Coffee shop was very cute, and great food, but also overwhelmed at the counter. In their defense it was Memorial Day weekend. Other wise it was a great place to stay!

The room was comfortable but needed some minor maintenance attention. The outdoor pool space is spacious and well set up. The shuttle to the beach is efficient but we found that the $15 24 hour pay parking at Gulf Shores Beach access was more convenient. Bring beach towels. Breakfast food is well prepared and the service pleasant but confirm whether the tip is included. The voucher says not included but there was a charge on our bill that detailed a gratuity line item. We had also paid a cash gratuity.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the indoor pool! The indoor pool was the highlight of the stay for my children and I absolutely loved Ms. Julie and Zach! They were extremely kind and very professional! Our room was clean and had just what we needed for our 4 children, they loved the bunk beds as well! We will definitely book here for our next trip!
