This is a great property. Very clean and a great beach,pool and splash pad view. The only thing not available is a USB port to charge electronics. So you will need to bring a block for your USB cord.

The room was simply stunning. The view was exactly as pictured. It was so clean. The pool and splash pad was amazing for the kids. Quiet at designated times. Staff and all hosts were incredible. We are simply grateful for this condo. We are already planning on coming back next year! It accommodated a family of 7 completely comfortable.

Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL was perfect. Check-in was super easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was beautiful and exactly as seen in the pics. Centrally located to everything. Love their amenities with the heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna that really hit the spot. Could not have asked for a better getaway from ND in December.

Check-in was super easy. The location was wonderful, beautiful views and quick beach access. The amenities were great! The disappointments were that the wi-fi password did not work and it was not fixed during our stay. Not a huge deal. The dresser and nightstands in primary had significant amount of dust on them which made me concerned about when the last time the condo had been cleaned. There was some wrappers and water bottle trash left under the second room beds. You are expected to wash and put back your dishes and take out the trash. This was our first staycation in a condo and honestly we will stay in one of the “hotels” instead where we know things are regulated and issues that arise can be addressed immediately. We saw one staff member and went out of his way to assist us with the vending machine not reading our card. I did not catch his name, older gentleman. Overall, we had a great quick visit as we are not going to let small things ruin our stay. I just would not book again.

The toilet ran the entire time we where there. Light bulbs out. Some wall electrical sockets were so worn nothing would hold to charge. No response when we emailed about these issues. Location was great

Property was clean but not much to do there. No food on property. Wish there was more for kids to do. Splash pad for littles but nothing for the little older ones. Condos individually owned. Ours was not great for the money. Likely will not return.

The condo was well cleaned and stock with just a few days of amenities ex:cleaning supplies, coffee wash clothes and towels. The view was gorgeous. The gym was nothing great. Downfall was is if you are single traveler you were surrounded by kids and family. Was close to restaurants.

The view of the beach was beautiful would like to have been away from the splash pad - not that it was bad, but busy. Loved the big patio! Staff were very nice. Check in was a breeze. Pool was good but needs some work !
