Phoenix V in Orange Beach, AL was perfect. Check-in was super easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was beautiful and exactly as seen in the pics. Centrally located to everything. Love their amenities with the heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and sauna that really hit the spot. Could not have asked for a better getaway from ND in December.

Check-in was super easy. The location was wonderful, beautiful views and quick beach access. The amenities were great! The disappointments were that the wi-fi password did not work and it was not fixed during our stay. Not a huge deal. The dresser and nightstands in primary had significant amount of dust on them which made me concerned about when the last time the condo had been cleaned. There was some wrappers and water bottle trash left under the second room beds. You are expected to wash and put back your dishes and take out the trash. This was our first staycation in a condo and honestly we will stay in one of the “hotels” instead where we know things are regulated and issues that arise can be addressed immediately. We saw one staff member and went out of his way to assist us with the vending machine not reading our card. I did not catch his name, older gentleman. Overall, we had a great quick visit as we are not going to let small things ruin our stay. I just would not book again.

The view of the beach was beautiful would like to have been away from the splash pad - not that it was bad, but busy. Loved the big patio! Staff were very nice. Check in was a breeze. Pool was good but needs some work !

Our room: master bathroom had a used bar of soap in the shower and hair on the shower wall when we arrived. Dishes were in the dishwasher. Our unit overall was not overly clean. Sheets and towels were clean. We received a violation for having our beach wagon outside our unit door. I never received anything with the condo rules so I did not know we were in violation. We asked for another trash bag and were told we would need to buy them at the store. For a family of six staying for 5 nights, two trash bags is not sufficient. It would also be very helpful to receive the info about what is included in the room ahead of time. By the time I received the email with our door code and items included in our unit, we were a few hours away (it was a 12+ hour trip). It was really nice to have a unit on the first floor. We avoided a lot of elevator traffic. Racquetball was a lot of fun and easy to sign up for and use. The outdoor pirate ship area was ok. The outdoor pool was the temperature of bath water- I’m sure this is hard to avoid in that heat, but it wasn’t even pleasant to be in it. The indoor pool felt great after a day at the beach. The hot tubs were great too. The location was great and the condo itself was great with it being right on the beach. It was hard to find a place close to the water on the beach some days because it was crowded, but I expected that.
