“Location is great. Under the bedsheet has hair, for a room with 3 adults, they only provided 1 hand towel.”

“Good location near Pelangi Plaza. Though crossing the road by foot needs to be careful of traffic as there are limited crossing road options. Hotel room is clean and good size.”

“Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings.”

“Comfortable room. Clean and sufficient amenities. However the sound proofing is not adequate as it’s rather noisy. I can hear the music from the pubs operating into the wee hours and traffic from the roads was also noisy.”

“We check in around 9.30 pm without much delay. We put a RM$100 deposit which is returned on our check out. From the window in our room, we can see the KSL city mall. Aircon and shower are good. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. My only gripe is the small space at the wash basin.”

“The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted.”

“Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.”

“Unaware prior to booking this room that its located at the basement with no windows … The helpful staff offered that we make additional payment to upgrade to a room above ground. Feels a bit weird but the upgraded room was nice and comfortable. Bedding was super comfortable, room was also spacious and washrooms were clean”
