Very nice hotel n clean. Staffs were friendly service especially Fikir who checked us in. Room was very clean n bed n pillows were very comfortable to sleep. My recent stay from 10th to 11th May 2025 at Amari Hotel Johor Bahru was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and professional—special thanks to the team who checked us in for their excellent service. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a Deluxe King Room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-maintained—kudos to Mr. Sharul for outstanding housekeeping! Every detail was perfect. The hotel’s prime location was a huge plus—just a short distance from City Square and Komtar JBCC Mall, making shopping and dining super convenient. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We’ll definitely be back for another short getaway with family! Keep up the fantastic work!

Clean, very convenient, shopping mall and some famous food outlet within 01min walk which was very safe. The only thing I dislike was there was no hot water, just mildly warm, when I had my shower after 9pm on both nights.
