The management and the front desk staff is excellent, number 1. I heard disturbing noise from room above once I step in my room. The front desk change the room for me immediately. Grateful. But too bad, the room still as noisy as the first one. Gave up. Maybe I shouldn't travel during school holidays, and hope that all guest please be more considerate. Don't drag the bed and chair, set an example for your young ones. Thanks 5 stars to the hotel staff 0 star to the in-considerate
