Experience with Grand Sentosa

Very good location surrounded by restaurants, seafood and spa. But do not expect the quality of hotel room facilities. No hair dryer, no Fridge and Safe is not working. Our room was not ready at the time of check in and need to wait. The room has smoking smell, and the view from window is another hall or corridor, it make us feel unsafe. Overall, it is within 2-3 star rating.

Budget Hotel with Good Food

Hotel Room was big and the location is good as The Store Shopping Mall is just beside. Behind the hotel are lots of Karaoke outlets. A short distance walk will lead you to the Night Food Street which sells lots of Malaysian Street Food.

This property is very old. The bedroom was not clean properly and toilet title looks dirty. The exhaust fan is full of dust. Lucky the bedsheet and towels were clean. In the morning when we went down to look for breakfast, the front office staffs didnt even greet us even when they see us, it was us who greeted them. The hotel was attached to a mall which looks like a ghost town. Very eerie. Given this experience, I wont book this hotel again.

I lost my phone after I checked out, on a Grab car. The hotel staff went the whole nine yards to help me contact Grab and subsequently to driver to help me retrieve my phone. I'm eternally grateful in particular to Ikram, as well as the other front desk staff. Needless to say, I will be a lifelong patron so long as the hotel continues to operate.

I checked in for 1 night at Grand Sentosa hotel with my family. The location is convenient and plenty of food around if you are looking for short stay. Counter services was average as I dont really sense any friendliness of the reception. It was fine for me because we only stay for 1 night. Overall for the price, this hotel is quite good.

Basic hotel with good massage places nearby

Basic hotel with good foot massage places just downstairs at the same building.. The room aircon is powerful but too noisy.. The window is faulty at room 4030 as cannot be locked... Security issue so better get someone to check.. The shower head and the stand have to be replace as well.. Not in good condition..
