Vacations Close To The Lakes Barcelo Bavaro Golf Course

The staff was excellent and food options were great! Everything was close and convenient.

Todo el tiempo lo que tocan es música en inglés… Solo una tienda de gift shop y bien caro !!!! Extremadamente caro !

Muy lindo las facilidades y muy amable todo el personal

The good The resort was very clean, lots of activities and plenty of restaurants. Most of the staff was nice. The bad First the front desk didn't explain how the electricity in the rooms worked and it took us awhile to figure it out. It should be standard for them to explain that. We got a note under our door the first morning saying we had to go to the theater area at a specific time to talk about our return transportation to the airport. We were scheduled to be there for a week. When we go after breakfast it was them just really trying to sell you excursions which we had already booked when the trip was made for our group. Most of the food in the buffet area was terrible tasting and I'm NOT a picky eater. There was 8 adults in my group and we all agree about the food. Breakfast was the best. The food in the sports bar area was either overcooked or undercooked. How do you mess up Hotdogs and hamburgers. Couldn't get a diet soda for anything the whole stay. The television in our room and one of the other couples and it took a few days to be fixed. The door of my room wouldn't let us back in one afternoon it took 3 phone calls and an hour wait for someone to come get us in. Then it took them 35 minutes to fix the issue after one maintenance guy had to climb on the balcony and take the sliding door off the slide part. All in in all it wasn't a that bad but I won't book here again

La comida muy buena

I was very disappointed to find cockroaches in the bathroom of our room at Finest Punta Cana. For a resort marketed as a luxury, family-friendly property, this was unacceptable and raised serious concerns about room cleanliness and pest control. When paying for a luxury resort experience, guests should be able to expect a clean and hygienic room.
