Good stay .we enjoyed it

This is the first time the place was a bit run down. The elevators were very dirty and carpets pulling up. The first room I got , the door did not shut properly and the dead bolt would NOT lock, and I also saw the carpet was ripped up 3 inches around the door frame. This is Room # 514 ( I think, or 541). I got another room 424, and when I went in the windows were open and the lights were on, so a bit odd. The bed was not made well, so I wasn't sure if it was actually "finished" being cleaned. The staff was nice and accomodating, along with the shuttle service from the Airport. Fast and appreciated! I think Hilton needs to "repair and upgrade" the areas of the hotel that are "falling apart". I just stayed here in July 2026 and did not see any problems then, so it was surprising to see the "difference" in less than 2 months.

Breakfast was good and the person overseeing it was very friendly and pleasant. The room was not very clean, if you walked on the floor barefoot the soles of your feet came away black. The shower ended up soaking the bathroom floor causing a safety issue, I had to use an extra towel to mop it up. The parking lot and driveway had numerous potholes and needed repaving. The pictures on the site do not tell a truth story and I was disappointed overall and will not be returning or recommending this hotel.

Hotel feels very dated. It's okay for the price.

Room was clean,but put in a out building. Wife was outside and a guy came out in his underwear. Waffle mix had leaked all over counter and floor, and not attended too. No one there to clean up. Not there fault, someone had broken it and didn't say anything.
