This is an old motel-type one story place to stay, which I enjoyed. Rooms are large, clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom. No complaints.

Very clean and well worth the price. Most staff were helpful and friendly with the exception of 1 housekeeper who was VERY rude. I would definitely recommend staying here while in The Berkshires.

Property needs to be updated and better maintenance. Pool that was not open and poor quality coffee were the only amenities. Was pretty quiet and staff was pleasant.

Conveniently located to Tanglewood and Jacob's pillow and other attractions in towns in western Mass. All brand new decorated room. Neighborhood is a little down market but safe and quiet at night. Good value for money.

The accommodation were exactly as described and I had no problem with the condition of the room. Everything was neat and tidy. I didn't utilize the cable, but the internet ran extremely well and was perfect for when I was using it for work. There were plenty of towels and the refrigerator was in proper working order. All in all, a great stay if you're looking to be on the outskirts of Pittsfield.

This is a "last Millenium" motel that's been very nicely renovated. I didn't use the pool but it seemed to be in very good shape. Some of the woodwork could use some touching up. the wall-mounted AC is sometimes a bit noisy, but very effective. There are no great lodging bargains in Pittsfield in the summer, but this place is worth consideration if you're looking to save a bit.

6/10 Okay

The hotel is aging & little dated - there are gaps and cracks in the room and baseboards. overall, the hotel room was clean. Our room was the very end towards neighborhood. A bit noisier than expected. There is a fridge but no coffee pot in the room.

The room, and everything in it, was clean, functional and well maintained. The two nights stay was very good. The building, and specifically the door and its handle-lock system can use some facelift. Still, this did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. However, we did not get the courtesy expected during check-in at a lodging place. The person at the counter didn't seem to care much if we are there or not. We were left with some bitter taste.
