Located on the edge of the downtown area. Room was tastefully done with high ceilings and wood beams. Bathroom was nicely done with tile and large pedestal sink that easily held both of our things. Breakfast was included.

This was a super quiet location, had a nice room, clean... but out sliding glass door to the balcony wouldn't lock. I asked for a broom handle to make a jammed in the track lock. Staff was nice.

Nice hotel near downtown Bennington. Room was clean and spacious and we had a balcony with a view of the property. Continental breakfast was also included and there is ample parking available. Check in process was not great, as rooms were not ready for 3pm. It was a holiday weekend and they were sold out, which led to the delay. The staff was friendly and did what they could to expedite the situation. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The property has a nice pool that was an important reason for our choice. It was closed due to maintenance issues. There was no apology and we went to the local YMCA to swim. Everything else was fine--but when a customer is unhappy, the least you can do is apologize or send a bottle of wine to them.

The hotel was hard to find, kind of hidden behind a motel. It is comprised of several buildings and is being renovated by Wyndham. They have left several of the original things which makes it interesting. We asked for a first floor room, and were accommodated, and the room was spacious, with a nice outdoor patio, pleasant for a little fresh air. The grounds were nice, had a pretty pool, and a pickleball court. We had a handsome mid-century tiled bath, nicely renovated but older elements left as well. Surprisingly, we opened a wooden door, expecting a closet, and it turned out to be a sauna! We took advantage of that and it was delightful! We had coffee service, fridge and microwave, nice bed, towels etc. Breakfast was the usual, but plenty, and we were impressed with this place!

I travel for work and had the opportunity to stay at this property for 2 months. This is a great lodge in a lovely part of the country. The friendly staff will go out of their way to accomodate guests if at all possible. This is a modernized lodge type property in a picturesque setting. There are room options that include a sauna in the room. There is also a flash heater type of water heater that provides almost instant and endless hot water on demand. The breakfast offerings include the personal waffle iron kit and all you can eat of it. I never had even the slightest issue with cleanliness and the staff strives to make your stay enjoyable. I don’t know how this property rates with others, but I give it a solid 5 out of 5 stars.

Do not arrive before 3pm, you will be told to come back later. Think receptionist was having a bad weekend our stay… but rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok, bagels, toast, coffee was a bit slow to be refreshed and hot plate was not hot… this was noticed on our 2nd day when “hot food” was to be microwaved. Laundry facilities were ok, standard US top loader and dryer. Finding it was a bit of a task, for reference it’s on the ground floor of building 3 by the gym and outdoor pool. $1 for wash and same for dry, but you need 25c… and reception may/may not have change. Location is good, easy to get about and recommend the Madison Brewery along the road for food and a choice of beers. Room was clean and large with coffee machine, fridge & microwave. Room only serviced if requested, fine as we were only staying 2 nights.

We had rooms on the first floor, both had a damp and moldy smell. The breakfast was adequate but the warm section ( eggs, sausage, hash brown) doesn’t get replenished often enough and there was always a long wait. Now onto the good part- bathroom was well updated, rooms are clean, parking was easy. Location was good, walkable to town center.

Unique fun property. We felt like we were arriving at summer camp going to our building, walked up the wood stairs, down a sparse hallway, then opened our door to a delightful surprise. Fun decor included brightly colored tiles in the bathroom. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Very clean and cozy. Nothing but love!

There was a wait for check in. The room was fine. It’s an older building and while mostly clean there are parts that show there age. There was an issue with the WiFi. The questions I asked the staff were answered politely. There was ample parking. You were able to hear noise in the hallway and in the room above. Breakfast was available but basic.
