“Selve opholdet og servicen i informationen var super - mega sød receptionist der tog imod os -gav gode råd om tur til Salzburg. morgenmaden var super fin - fint udvalg. Vi spiste på hotellet en aften, maden var ok - men servicen tilsvarende dårlig - hende der skulle betjene os rendt rundt - alt for mange gæster til mængden af personale. Chefen kom ned og skulle hjælpe- men når han kom med en tallerken med mad, stod han og kiggede rundt - hende der var på arbejde kom og rev den ud af hånden på...

“We only stayed at Pension Bergbach for 1 night, and I loved it so much I asked about extending our stay. The hostess was so friendly and sweet. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Everything was fresh and displayed beautifully. They have a little fridge for drinks after hours and coffee and tea 24-7. “ The hotel is located in small community and very quiet. Very nice rooms. We stayed there to tour The Eagles Nest and it was very close. We arrived a little late and they were great about it and hung around until we arrived. We weren’t real late but they showed great customer service. The breakfast bar was really good as well.
