Tazewell Vacations

The Check-in needs help, and you don’t get enough info to make decisions you need to. They put me in a room behind a locked gate so we had to tote are luggage about 200ft up hill and then 3 flights of stairs. I had 2 room and each room had one handicapped person. I didn’t think to ask booking for handicapped room, never saw a room that you couldn’t at least pull your close to building to unload but nooooo not here. We tried to change rooms but only could one changed so I let other handicapped person move to better. I just did the set could walking up hill with copd. Now the valets, waitresses, waiters and bartender where top notch. If I go back I’ll make for to ask for handicapped rooms.

Very nice scenery and ambient lighting around the property at night. We got the one bedroom with the fireplace in the Jacuzzi! It was absolutely beautiful. The Jacuzzi was deep and had plenty of room for two when I got in there by myself I felt like I was just swimming and floating around because it was big which I love it makes my trip so much more fun. The balcony was nice. We had a view of the waterfall, the room was clean. The AC worked great!

This was my wife and I second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first.Georgeann at the front desk was amazing. The staff and amenities was everything you could ask for.We will be returning again in the future

Cute place, very clean, kids loved the yard games, fire pit area was nice and the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. The only complaint is the shower did not have body wash or shampoo
