Clean hotel, but watch out for bears.

Front desk personnel were excellent. Hotel was sharp looking. Room was large and very clean. Only complaint is the dumpster was not locked and bears were pulling the garbage out. The staff member mentioned that it happened every night so why do they not keep it locked?

1. I opted in for an early check in, I was told that it was a possibility. Only for me to plan ahead, get there and did not get the early check in. All my plans fell through.. 2. Housekeeping is pure hard work, i really appreciate the effort put in the room. 3. Everything else was great! The room was quiet, and the breakfast area was incredibly clean! The lady on duty doing a great job!

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Checked out another room to move to but that one had mold on the bottom of the bed frame. Figured it's better to close the bathroom door.

Stayed after a long day at Black Mtn Offroad park. The beds were comfortable, the staff was nice and the room was super clean. Over all a good stay. Would definitely stay again

Have been staying here for about 30 years as my husband is from the area. Always clean and friendly. Brought the grandkids this trip (4 and 2 yrs old). They loved the indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was like a small Cracker Barrel and delicious-the staff went above and beyond. The laundry was a little lacking as the machines were old and noisy. Overall a good restful stay.

The bed wasn't really that comfortable, and the pillows suck, but the shower was great, the staff was wonderful, and they was able to accommodate my ground floor request..so 5 out of 5.
