Hotel Plankl
Altötting
8.8 de 10, Excelente, (189 opiniones)
“My room door did not stay shut without locking it, compared to the pictures this room was nothing like it. The whole hotel seemed much more dated than the pictures implied. Windows had to be left open due to the heat, and I woke up smelling of cigarette smoke from the smoking happening directly below my room. All my clothes then smelt of cigarette smoke smoke, and I am not a fan of smoking, and choose not to smoke for a reason! Not impressed at all.”

The room was beautifully decorated and it felt very private on the top floor. We also used the lift which was convenient for carrying motorcycle panniers. “The hotel looks a lovely place but it lacked on customer service and hence the atmosphere was rather cold. There was only one nice waitress and actually talked to us. It is a shame as I represent many large companies and Travel Agents in the UK that are always keen to find the perfect hotel, place etc. for their events.
