Auffallend freundliches, hilfsbereites und gut geschultes Personal. Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, ruhige Gartenanlage mit direktem Zugang zum See und Blick auf die Berge. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, dazu eine durchdacht zusammengestellte Weinkarte mit überraschend vielen offenen Weinen! Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus.

Awesome experience

Great hotel. We loved being here. Recommend it for everyone who loves a great atmosphere and a great view, excellent food and comfortable accommodations. It helps to speak fluent German though all personnel speak English.

Weiterhin Unterkunft mit Potential

Das vom See abgewandten Zimmer hatte leider ein Doppelbett, welches für Personen um 185cm Körpergröße nicht geeignet sind, da eine die Matratzenfläche überlappende Wandleiste die komfortable Liegefläche reduziert Bedauerlicherweise wurden die Nebenzimmer von auf dem Flur nachtaktiven Gästen bewohnt, welche ihren Tabakrauch von den Balkonen durch die geöffneten Zimmertüren in den Flur strömen ließen. Leider hat dies dazu geführt, dass wir keine ursprünglich in Erwägung gezogene Anschlussbuchung für die Restwoche realisiert haben, sondern nach drei Nächten die Unterkunft verlassen haben. Das kompakte Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich hat uns hingegen gut gefallen. Der Service im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und auch die Speisen waren nicht zu bemängeln! Der Ruhebereich zur Sauna wurde leider durch den nicht ganz schalldichten belebten Konferenznebenraum beeinträchtigt.

Leider ist die Liegefläche des Bettes im Zimmer zur Waldseite durch Überstand der mit Holz verkleideten Wandinstallation nich vollständig belegbar, als funktional deutlich zu kurz. Die Matratze hat somit ca.180cm Liegefläche, was den nächtlichen Schlaf negativ beeinträchtigt.

Sehr gute Lage, Umgebung. Genug Parkplätze vorm Hotel. Spa-Bereich, Schwimmbad, Fitnessraum eben alles fürs Wohlbefinden. Das hotel is sehr schön hat alles was man braucht um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Das einzige Manko war bei mir im Zimmer, die Matratze war viel zu weich. Was eigentlich schade ist. Matratze genauso weich wie die wunderbare, mit Federn, gefüllte Decke...
