“We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient.”

“There was a glitch with check in but the owner when contacted was on scene promptly and the issue was resolved quickly. Property is very convenient for restaurants and although the bathroom is not ensuite it is very clean and modern. ”

“Had a great stay this weekend. The facilities are great. The restaurant and bar staff are excellent and very helpful and efficient. The food was good. The night porter also assisted with pick up and drop off from the lodges to the restaurant on Friday as it was very wet so that was appreciated. Only a couple of things that could be improved, the bed in the standard room is a small double so I felt like I was going to fall out.
