It took 40 minutes to check in and a long time to check out. We were only approached by pool staff the last day for beverages and was ignored all other days. They ran out of towels for pool. Housekeeping did not provide enough towels or basic amenities in the room and we had to call to request things. The hotel itself was nice but there could be improvements made with efficiencies.

The property was very nice. Very clean, food was good.
My only issue was all activities were at other locations.
We had to shuttle to other properties for daily events which meant, if you choose to participate, you had to stay for the entire event which could last up to five hours

Horrible experience. I was charged over 1200$ additionally for having one guest—my girlfriend when the rate was the same on expedia. I have never felt more violated and taken advantage of
