Vacations Close To Taj Mahal Mall

I had a wonderful amazing time , the food was amazing especially the Jamaican section . I definitely will be back with my family.

Sadly we were underwhelmed with the Moon Palace. Their check-in process needs to be streamlined as it was unnecessarily extensive, communication surrounding the Bell staff very poor, as it took 4.5 hours to get our luggage sent up to our rooms, then our keys did not work and we had to go back downstairs to have them re-programmed. Once checked in, we were pounced on by staff that purported to want to give you the hotel information package, but were in fact sales people in disguise! Their job is to strongly encourage you to sign up for a 90 minute talk to buy a membership to Moon Palace. They should not be charging the prices that they do for the old Jamaica Grande rooms. We felt cheated! The name Moon “Palace” suggests oppulence which we did not feel. One positive was the Spa which was amazing and the staff are generally friendly and very helpful. Although, sadly, my daughter’s Chanel perfume has gone “missing” from her toilet bag left in the bathroom but innocent until proven guilty! We usually stay in The Riu but thought we were stepping up going to The Moon Palace, we will be going back to The Riu!
