Sunset Crest Vacations

Was the perfect place for our honeymoon

Awesome

We spent 11 nights at the Royalton in October. There are some positives about the hotel but sadly the negatives outweigh them. Firstly, the positives; The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. The other outlets (Mexican, seafood and Indian) are open perhaps 3 times a week each at lunch and the menus are not accurate. When we stayed we visited the Indian and when we asked for the menu (which is advertised online and on they app) we were told that the menu wasn’t available and we could only have what was on offer that day - 2 types of curry and rice with dry pitta. This was served like buffet food - not table service. Food quality in the French and steakhouse is very good. Elsewhere is weak - limited choices - cold and can take a very long time to arrive. Service. The service is extremely slow. The servers are doing their best but just isn’t enough of them. You’ll wai
