“The staff are very friendly but not trained properly. The building is a complete mess there were a lot of things wrong with the air conditioning it would get very warm in the rooms throughout the night that made the room get condensation on everything. The fans in the lobby did not work and made it extremely hot,water was leaking through the lights in the hotel buffet dripping on the floor and by the food. “Me gustó la ubicación, buena cama, tranquilo y excelentes desayunos. Limpieza cuestionable, piso no estaba muy limpio cuando recibí la habitación, la limpieza del baño es pobre deben subir su estándar de limpieza en general. Cuando uno sale y paga para estar en un hotel como ese la limpieza debe ser primordial. En el lobby siempre hay un olor a grasa y aceite muy desagradable pareciera que no limpian bien.”

“Absolutely loved our stay!! The ocean front view was beautiful to see every morning. I loved every second of our visit we will definitely be staying again! The room was very cleaned, the staff were so helpful and kind. The only thing I would say was getting the 2 twin beds combined into a king was alittle uncomfortable but we made it work :) Overall 10/10”
