“We spent 11 nights at the Royalton in October. There are some positives about the hotel but sadly the negatives outweigh them. Firstly, the positives; The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. “This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account.
